A source close to the couple said: "It will be a small, intimate wedding with just close friends and family. Preparations are under way, but the exact date and location have yet to be decided

Britney Spears and husband Kevin Federline are to jet off to the Caribbean after Christmas in a last ditch attempt to save their failing marriage.

The pair's marriage has been on the rocks since the birth of their first child Sean Preston - now four months old - with the pair reportedly having a series of blazing rows.

A source said: "They fell out badly. This holiday is make or break."

The pop babe allegedly met with her legal team to discuss divorce after becoming fed-up with her husband constantly going out partying.
